Recognizing the urgency of this critical resource, SouthMed Global (SMG) has made water security a core priority for our group since 2022.

This decisive commitment was forged through high-level international dialogues, beginning with a strategic meeting in Washington with the White House Special Envoy for Biodiversity and Water Resources, followed by critical institutional consultations in Vienna with the leadership of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

By aligning our framework with key international stakeholders in the United States and Austria, we continue to bridge institutional gaps and champion long-term infrastructural solutions for the world’s most vital resource.
